Cancellation & billing

Cancel in one click. There's a cancel button in your account. Press it and your subscription stops renewing. No exit interview, no retention offer, no "are you sure" maze. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Payments are non-refundable. When you pay for a month, that month is yours; we don't take payments back off the table and we don't refund it, in part or in full. One exception, because the law and fairness both require it: if you cancel within 14 days of first payment without ever opening your programme, you get a full refund. What we promise beyond that is the clean exit: cancelling always works, always takes one click, and always stops every future charge.

We'll never charge you again after you cancel. Once you've cancelled, that's the end of it. No reactivation "mistakes", no winback charges.

On your bank statement we appear under a neutral company name. No product name, nothing to explain.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
